Title: Shrimp & Papaya with Asian Dunk Sauce

1lgRipe papaya
1tbChopped fresh cilantro
24 Peeled cooked large shrimp
1/4cLime juice
2tsFish sauce or soy sauce
2tsSugar
1/4tsCrushed dried red hot chilies

Peel and seed papaya. Cut into 3/4" chunks. Mix with cilantro, and mound on a platter. Beside it, arrange shrimp.

In a bowl, stir lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and chilies. Spear fruit and shrimp with tiny forks to dip into sauce.
